JK and Joel are currently two of the hottest talents in UK broadcasting and their close-to-the-edge reputation is vast attracting a cult following.

Now the hosts of "Radio 1`s Chart Show" on Sunday afternoons, which is the stations single most listened to show.

The boys will also be presenting the early breakfast show (4-7am) on Radio 1 from September

JK and Joel are multiple award winners including picking up another three Sony Radio awards in 2004, including the gold award for UKs best breakfast show,

JK is from a liitle farming village called Tenbury and Joel is a seaside lad from Scarborough.

They both broke into radio at the tender age of 16 with JK broadcasting to his home town radio station "Sunshine 855" and Joel on "Yorkshire Coast Radio" in Scarborough. Both were sacked, JK for headbutting the boss and Joel for being late.

They Joining forces for the first time on Viking FM in Hull where the presented the breakfast show and achieved the stations highest ever audience figures and when asked about their favourite time in their career so far they are both proud to say "VIKING"

A big move to Manchester came in 2000 when taking their ‘must listen’ show to Key 103 where once again they did the business for nearly four years.

JK & Joel also presented BBC 3’s ‘Pure Soap’, a daily live TV show looking at all things to do with soap operas along with their favourite TV project so far for "Men and Motors" called "Playboyz".......basically a show with topless ladies and gadgets.

The lads are so different from each other with JK hating everything Joel likes and vice-versa. JK has a passion for wildlife, fast cars and movies while Joel is a soap addict, adores wrestling and has a genuine passion for horse racing. The only similarity is that they both have tall blonde girlfriends.

JK and Joel have just signed a contract to be co-presenters on BBC 1`s new show "Top of the Pops reloaded" and they also write for the TOTP magazine every issue.

In September, just before they start the early breakfast show, they will be taking part in the new Channel 5 show "Celebrity worst driver" with JK nominating Joel.
